Have you added the game directory as exception to antivirus and windows defender? Have you tried unparking your CPU? Have you tried setting power mode to maximum performance on your PC? What resolution are you playing the game at? Have you unlocked the FPS in the client config?(Game defaults max to 120 FPS) The way it plays now isnt endurable for long.
